Job Overview

Comcare offers a 12-month Graduate Program designed to launch your career in the Australian Public Service.

As a graduate, you will contribute to meaningful work that supports the health, safety, and wellbeing of Australian workers. This program is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to make a difference and develop their skills in a dynamic organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Draft and review documents including reports, briefing notes, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation such as the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
  • Analyse and report on data and information.
  • Support governance activities including secretariat duties and records management.
  • Represent Comcare at external forums and participate in corporate learning initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Be an Australian citizen.
  • Hold an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor's degree), or equivalent.
  • Have completed the most recent eligible qualification within the last 5 years.
  • Be willing to undergo a security clearance process.
