The Role

A full-time position has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our customer service team based in Melbourne. You will liaise with customers and corporate clients, receiving inbound enquiries and making up to 70 calls per day.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage client relationships and correspondence
• Work with various programs and portals simultaneously
• Register incoming jobs accurately using internal software

• Strong customer service background
• Prior experience in an office-based role
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve targets
• Strong computer literacy
• Positive attitude and a desire to deliver high-quality customer service
