This position involves working closely with a team of experienced planners to prepare planning reports, navigate complex approvals pathways, and provide strategic environmental advice on land use and development proposals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Environmental Planner with 1-5 years' experience in town planning or environmental planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory approvals processes and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing planning reports at both local and state significant scales
  • Navigating complex approvals pathways under state and federal environmental and planning legislation
  • Providing strategic environmental advice on land use and development proposals
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Town Planning or Environmental Planning
  • 1-5 years' experience in town planning or environmental planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
