The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney-based team in Caringbah. This is a senior leadership role that will see you managing high-end residential and mixed-use projects from inception through to completion. Job Description
As Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end project management of residential apartment developments ($10M–$50M)
Leading construction teams and consultants to deliver on program, budget, and quality
Driving project establishment including programming, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Ensuring full compliance with our HSEQ Management Systems and industry standards
Overseeing procurement, contract management, and stakeholder communication
Managing financial reporting, cost control, and project forecasting in coordination with senior management
Maintaining regulatory compliance, including Class 2 Building Regulations and the National Construction Code
Upholding best practices across safety, risk management, and environmental controls
Mentoring team members and fostering a high-performance project culture
Candidate Must Have
Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in residential medium-rise or boutique apartment construction
Proven success delivering projects valued between $10M and $50M
Construction Management degree or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of Class 2 Building Regulations, NCC 2016, and BCA
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction software
Strong project programming and planning skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation ability
Sound stakeholder management and team leadership capability
High-level understanding of HSEQ, WHS legislation, and Australian Standards
