About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Strategist to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group.

Job Summary

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our business partnering approach, reshaping how we operate between centralised and decentralised models.

You will have no direct reports but will manage your own portfolio, playing a key role in developing leadership capabilities while ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are met.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful change and improve our employee experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a natural collaborator and communicator, able to understand and explain complex business requirements and strategy.

You will also need to appreciate the unique needs of each business unit and be able to leverage your experience in a fast-paced highly regulated work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven work experience in a People Advisory role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to build the development of leadership teams
  • Demonstrates a proactive business partnership, driven by a self-starter mindset and an unwavering can-do attitude

This role will be based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
