We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting best practice and supporting the growth and development of our children and educators.
About the Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Develop and implement programs that promote learning and development in line with the EYLF and NQS.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver best practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Education and Care (or working towards this qualification).
- DCSI clearance and RAN certification.
- First Aid with Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
- Experience in leadership and mentoring, with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
