If you are motivated by the chance to guide young learners on their educational journey, we would love to connect with you. In this role, you will:
- Assist our educators in implementing educational programs, adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and celebrating child-led exploration.
- Mentor and cultivate our team members, empowering them to actively contribute to the learning experiences of our children.
- Establish strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
- Ensure that compliance with the EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS) is achieved or surpassed.
About You:
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold a current Working with Children's Check.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for nurturing young learners.
