Role Overview

As a Christmas Casual Helper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their purchases and offering product recommendations
  • Working efficiently at the point of sale and processing transactions accurately
  • Participating in visual merchandising activities to ensure the store looks its best
  • Helping with operational tasks such as unpacking stock and maintaining store displays
