We are seeking charismatic and cheerful individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants in Cairns.

Role Overview

This is a seasonal opportunity to work with our team in Cairns Central and Cairns DFO stores. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a seamless point-of-sale service that is engaging and efficient.
  • Help out with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock and be involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide support when needed.
  • Participate in pre-season training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and availability.
