Director of Nursing and Facility Leader

As a Director of Nursing and Facility Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, innovation, and excellence in the delivery of care and services to our clients.

You will work collaboratively with our medical team to provide service direction, coordination, strategic planning, and effective use of resources. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the high-quality provision of aged care, rehabilitation, and renal dialysis services to the local community.

We are seeking an individual who possesses a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position. A postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. You will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, including participation in an on-call roster.

As a Director of Nursing and Facility Leader, you will have the opportunity to participate in meetings for planning, quality, performance, training, and education, as well as clinical activities. Travel may be required, including day and/or overnight stays. We offer competitive salary packages and generous leave entitlements.
