Part Time Food Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Food Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us
  • Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a truly seamless food and beverage service
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Help set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment
  • Minimise waste and keep your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents

Requirements:

  • Experience & knowledge - strong bar skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar is essential
  • The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate
  • The unrestricted right to work in Australia
