Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Food & Beverage Service Representative to provide exceptional food and beverage experiences directly to guests' rooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking guest orders via phone or digital systems with accuracy and courtesy
- Preparing trays and trolleys according to hotel standards and guest preferences
- Delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and service excellence
- Setting up in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and guest comfort
- Clearing trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas. Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:- A Certificate II or III in Hospitality (or equivalent)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Previous experience in food & beverage service or hotel room service is highly desirable
