About the Role:

You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Establishing Customer Needs: Actively listening to customers to determine their car rental needs.
  • Reviewing Add-Ons and Services: Reviewing Avis Budget Group's various add-ons and services to determine what best suits each customer.
  • Communicating Procedures: Effectively communicating rental procedures and guidelines to customers.
  • Completing Rental Bookings: Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Answering Questions: Answering customer questions and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Full and Valid Driver's License: Must have a full and valid driver's license.
  • Rotational Roster: Ability to work a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Procedures and Guidelines: Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
