Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to design and develop engaging educational content for our online courses and products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating video content using a range of assets including interviews, screen recordings, stock footage, imagery, animation, and generative AI tools.

You will also support the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, script preparation, editing, and publishing. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies such as Synthesia to enhance efficiency and quality in video and audio development.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in video production for learning purposes, including storyboarding, scripting, recording, and post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools relevant to video and audio production.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-based video platforms such as Synthesia for producing voiceover and avatar-led videos.
  • Experience using animation and explainer tools like Vyond to create visually engaging and educational video content.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theory, and ability to apply them to video design.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects, managing timelines and meeting delivery expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within or creating content for a digital learning platform.
  • Experience in the financial services or professional education sector desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in instructional design, digital media production, education, communication, or a related field highly desirable.
