We are seeking a skilled Meat Inspection Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our operational environment, you will be responsible for performing Post-Mortem inspection services for export meat processing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect animal carcass and parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Identify and dispose of non-conforming carcass materials.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain industry standards.

- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma level qualification plus 2 years' experience as an AAO or Meat Safety Inspector.

- Certificate IV in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) or equivalent.

- Caprine experience is highly desirable.

- Must pass a drug and alcohol test and national police check.
