Job Opportunity: Dental Support Role

The ForHealth Group, as part of the Primary Dental network, is a leading dental support organisation in Australia. We operate across 60+ dental centres and support over 180 independent dentists nationwide.

Our team of 50+ support members, 300+ dental assistants, and experienced management professionals work together to provide exceptional patient care. As a valued member of our team, you will be vital to the success of our Oxley practice.

We are seeking a motivated full-time professional to join our team as a Dental Coordinator. In this role, you will lead a team of dentists and dental assistants, working closely with our state manager and centre support team to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide chairside assistance to our dentists
  2. Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
  3. Perform instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
  4. Advise patients on their care
  5. Maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  6. Answer telephone calls and enquiries
  7. Provide administrative support

Requirements:

  1. A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or three years of experience
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. A strong work ethic and attention to detail
