Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Specialist to maintain system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in networking engineering with Fortinet and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain system health and performance by performing proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructure
  • Perform configuration and administration of network security systems
  • Contribute to processes and review their application to ensure that controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
  • Follow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfilment, problem and change management process for any changes required on customer's network
  • Communicate with clients in a timely manner

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly qualified and skilled team of professionals who share their passion for cyber security. They will be working on complex security projects and contributing to the development of our comprehensive end-to-end cyber security services offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in information technology or similar field (desirable)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Networking engineering with Fortinet
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
