Job Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position offering variety, autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful contribution in advancing clinical trials.

About the Position
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to participants
  • Perform phlebotomy, cannulation and study procedures according to protocol
  • Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out in line with GCP, TGA and NHMRC standards
  • Support participant recruitment, consent and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records, manage study materials and prepare for audits/monitoring
  • Act as a key liaison for patients, investigators and sponsors
About You
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience required
  • Phlebotomy and cannulation skills essential
  • Strong patient care, organisation and communication skills necessary
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Previous clinical research experience advantageous but not essential

Exposure to diverse, industry-sponsored trials will be offered along with opportunities for training and professional development.
