Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising production staff, managing equipment, and ensuring the successful running of day-to-day production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train production staff to achieve desired output and efficiency
  • Assist with the successful running of day-to-day production, ensuring customer orders are completed on time
  • Actively promote Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements
  • Manage production equipment, stocks, and consumables
  • Participate in the induction and development of new team members
  • Manage scheduled maintenance programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
  • Trade Certificate III in Engineering is essential
  • Experience in laser cutting, manufacturing, and fabrication environments
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Quality control systems
  • Understanding of safety, environment, HR, and IR legislation
  • Forklift licence and Driver licence is essential
