  • About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our store operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing your high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Your Key Responsibilities: These will include overseeing daily operations, including rostering and inventory management, leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service, handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly, monitoring sales and tracking performance to make data-driven decisions to boost profitability.
  • The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate and develop their team. You should have experience in operations management and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
