As a key member of our international payroll team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services to clients worldwide.

The Role

You'll collaborate with our global payroll partners to ensure compliance with all local regulations and security standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Process and review payroll for clients across various countries with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Work closely with payroll partners and clients to deliver seamless payroll experiences.
  • Become a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert guidance on payroll matters.
  • Identify and report any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
  • Adhere to information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.

  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple payroll systems and software.
  • Familiarity with international payroll regulations, including tax laws and labor standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with complex payroll data.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
