As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and store performance across all brands in our Canberra Civic store. Reporting to the Concession Manager, your key areas of focus will include team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment. You should have a proven track record of driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Additionally, you must possess strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be working closely with our passionate and skilled State and Regional Managers to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance. As part of our high-performing culture, you will have the autonomy to take ownership and responsibility for your area of focus.
