Accreditation Support Specialist

This is a high-level administrative support role within our organization. The Accreditation Support Officer will be responsible for providing expert administrative assistance to the Program Accreditation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, including room bookings, setup, catering, provision of materials or information, and attending meetings.
  • Preparing and processing agendas and meeting papers for committee meetings, distributing electronically according to agreed service delivery standards and time frames.
  • Effectively managing all relevant committee communications to internal and external stakeholders, consulting and liaising with stakeholders, managers, and staff, as well as board and committee members, in relation to the committee's workplan.
  • Recording and/or managing decisions, actions, or outcomes from meetings, depending on the nature of the meeting, including scheduling and/or attending meetings and taking accurate minutes, distributing outcomes to relevant parties in a timely manner and in an agreed format.
  • Organizing travel arrangements, including bookings and preparation of detailed itineraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in Executive or Secretariat support
  • Highly proficient with a range of Information Systems
  • Excellent coordination, organisation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
