Eligibility Criteria
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, with a strong academic background.
  • Citizenship/Australian residency/eligible permanent visa holder is necessary for participation in Assessment Centre in-person.
The Recruitment Process
  1. Evaluate your eligibility based on the required degree qualification.
  2. Submit your application online.
  3. The recruitment team will assess your application and inform you if you are unsuccessful.
  4. Online Testing: Complete a 12-minute online test covering numeracy, literacy, and abstract reasoning.
  5. Online Video Interview: Candidates meeting cognitive testing benchmarks will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
  6. Shortlisting: The recruitment team will evaluate your video interview and notify you if you are unsuccessful.
  7. Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in our in-person Assessment Centre.
  8. Pre-Employment Checks: Candidates selected at the Assessment Centre will undergo pre-employment checks.
  9. Offer of Employment: Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer followed by a formal written offer sent via email.
