We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design of primary substations.

About the Role
  • This position involves managing a team responsible for delivering major works that meet carbon neutral and sustainable standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth by developing client proposals and tenders in conjunction with senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee the overall success of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and profitability targets are met.
  • Financial Governance: Manage project finances, ensuring financial contribution targets are achieved.
  • People Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a small team to achieve business objectives.
Key Requirements
  • A passion for innovation and continuous learning to drive energy infrastructure transformation.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, specifically primary substation design with high voltage expertise (400-500KVA).
  • Strong consulting and client management skills, with a track record of delivering complex design projects.
