Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our forward-thinking team in the Hobart region.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your clinical and leadership expertise. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programmes, and assisting with their implementation.

You will also provide support to a caseload of participants, assist the Regional Clinical Manager with providing clinical supervision, and may support participants with particularly challenging and complex needs.

The work is based on the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults in the home, community, and school/workplace settings.
