Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Construction Planner to join our Operations business in Perth, Western Australia. This is a pivotal role as we partner with a major player in the Oil & Gas industry on a major brownfields Engineering Service Contract.

About the Role: As a Lead Construction Planner, you will be responsible for designing and executing construction schedules, managing project resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will work closely with the project team to develop project plans, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Proven experience working in a similar Lead Planner role, supported by 10+ years of relevant planning within the Oil & Gas Planning/Offshore experience">
  • Experience in managing construction schedules essential">
  • Understanding of the use of norms & productivity measures">
  • Good IT knowledge, including Excel">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)">
  • Good supervisory skills">
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera and other scheduling software and related tools and techniques">
  • Advanced ability to develop project schedules and plans">
  • Excellent understanding of earned value application, cost and schedule variance analyses/trending and what-if scenarios">
