Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description: As a Customer Assistant at dusk, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and happy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide perfect customer service, addressing all customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, sales, and visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inviting store environment that showcases our range of candles and homeware products.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our products, sharing this expertise with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring our stores always appear visually appealing and engaging for customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating a can-do attitude, embracing unity and cooperation, and actively participating in team activities and initiatives.
