About the Opportunity

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing effective local area marketing that supports our regional offices to acquire, engage and reactivate clients and referral partners in our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Client Service Managers to develop local area marketing strategies that align with key operational KPIs (billable time, NDIS package utilisation, CHSP utilisation).
  • Attending monthly forums of Client Services Management meetings to stay up-to-date on emerging operational performance trends and providing updates on current strategic marketing initiatives as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field and demonstrated experience in:

  • Services marketing
  • End-to-end marketing campaign strategy development

You will also be an enthusiastic and creative marketer with excellent communication and project management skills.
