We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Manager / Senior External Loss Adjuster to oversee Property Claims operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Damage Assessment: Utilize your expertise to produce thorough damage evaluations for insurance claims, ensuring accurate and effective resolutions.
  • Claims Management: Oversee a portfolio of claims, determining liability, following client instructions, and managing the necessary processes for settlements.
  • Project Oversight: Manage your tasks, timelines, and repair costs to ensure efficient claim settlements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and enhancing the company’s reputation.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, utilizing technology to maintain smooth operations and interactions with all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant loss adjusting qualifications or equivalent professional credentials.
  • Membership in the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusting.
  • Previous experience in commercial or residential loss adjusting.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, ambitious mindset.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
