Job Title:

Senior Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.
  • Assist with progress claims and external variations.
  • Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts.
  • Manage project expenditure including subcontractor claims.
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
  • Administer project HSE system.
Requirements:
  • Senior level construction/building contract/commercial management skills with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
  • Contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects.
  • Industry-relevant degree qualification.
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes and Regulations.
  • Confident and collaborative communicator.
  • Self-motivated and able to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
  • Appreciative of processes and systems.
