About The Role

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure controls are effective across the wider business. You will work closely with risk professionals to assess and assure that key controls are operating effectively. You will conduct regular reviews of key risk areas and provide insightful advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness of control effectiveness across the business.
  • Work closely with risk professionals to assess and assure control operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of key risk areas and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of recommended control remediation activity and support the business in addressing issues identified.
  • Monitor and report on progress of assurance activities and provide controls advice to team members.

About You

  • Experience managing risk across various domains, including technology, product, marketing, HR, and data.
  • Expertise in control articulation and design, focusing on uplifting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in highly regulated consumer-facing environments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Operationalising approaches to enterprise risk management and compliance in 'digital' and multi-channel consumer businesses.
