Overview

Retail Team Leader – Repco Penrith – Full Time

Repco Penrith, New South Wales, Australia

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays
  • Manage planograms and ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard
  • Share knowledge on merchandising and presentation with the team
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive team environment
  • Support merchandise, planogram adherence, and store standards with inter-store guidance
  • Assist with deliveries when required (valid driver's license preferred)
  • Lift, bend, and climb as part of the role
Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience in large-format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
  • Multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Emerging or established leadership abilities and ambition
  • Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
  • Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Availability

This position will require availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.
