We are seeking an experienced cleaning supervisor to join our team at The Star Gold Coast.

As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring all front and back of house areas are well maintained and kept to an exceptional standard.

**Leadership Role**

  • Provide leadership in a 24/7 environment to a large and diverse team.
  • Ensure team members work in a safe manner in line with all WH&S requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Delegating and overseeing all cleaning tasks to achieve a high standard of cleanliness throughout all FOH & HOH public areas.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as area allocations, shift reports, team member performance reviews, Hazard/Incident reports.
  • Liaising with all areas of the business and provide support as required.

**Requirements**

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 environment.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high attention to detail.
  • Desire to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and encourage the overall growth and development of the team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a high performing team.
