Facility Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking diligent individuals to assume the role of a Facility Cleaning Specialist at a prestigious convention and exhibition centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in upholding exceptional service standards and maintaining immaculate facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms, and back-of-house areas to an exceptionally high standard
- Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities and services
- Report maintenance issues and attend to special cleaning assignments
- Assist guests with enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others. If you have previous customer service experience and can work varied shifts throughout the week, we encourage you to apply.
