Job Opportunity

As a vacation connoisseur, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission to put the world on vacation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates in managing hotel Front Office operations to deliver exceptional customer-focused service.
  • Supervise reservations, guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check-in/check-out processes follow established procedures and are quality-driven.
  • Utilize Front Office systems to ensure accuracy and generate reports that meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate lobby services to optimize guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance teams to address maintenance requests efficiently, prioritizing guest needs.
  • Operate an effective night audit process, maintaining attention to detail while focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Support Housekeeping in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and productivity.
  • Work with Maintenance to ensure room standards, public areas, and resort assets are well-maintained, meeting productivity goals.
  • Maintain public areas' cleanliness and presentation through regular monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a hotel environment.
  • Self-motivation, with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience in supervising, training, and motivating staff.
  • Ability to create effective rosters and adhere to wage control.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
