**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1+ year's experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results, demonstrating commercial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated and strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate Sheike brand ambassador, committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
