Training Services Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating enterprise-wide training services and ensuring that our training programs are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently.

  • You will engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate and communicate enterprise training calendars.
  • Manage training centers, logistics, resources, and outages to enable program delivery.
  • Lead a small team to ensure effective program management and administration.
  • Partner with Early Careers teams to oversee apprenticeship and onboarding programs.
