Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate enrolled nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals across various healthcare needs.
About the Role:
- As an enrolled nurse, you will work under the guidance of registered nurses/midwives to deliver person-centred care.
- You will assist in patient assessment and care planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver nursing care in line with regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care appropriately to facilitate effective communication among healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care under supervision.
- Assisting in patient assessment and care planning.
- Delivering nursing care in accordance with regulations.
- Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care.

Requirements:
- You must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold a current practicing certificate.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
