Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Products Scheduler to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to take their skills to the next level.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • They will be responsible for reviewing drawings and other documentation received from customers, identifying missing information and substituting it with the correct product code.
  • Our successful candidate will also create mark-ups of products, quantify them by floor/area as per customer requirements, and maintain project files and quality documentation to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and interpreting customer drawings and documentation to identify missing information.
  • Identifying Leviat products on drawings/documentation and determining the correct product code.
  • Creating accurate manufacturing drawings and schedules for non-standard products.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure commercially appropriate, clear and informative communication.
Sales Opportunities
  • Identify other Leviat products on drawings/documentation being used and bring them to the attention of the Sales Manager.
