About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Supervisor to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of building projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards, and identify and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction management and supervision.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in building and construction, such as a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve project goals.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.
