About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pt Lincoln. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installs on new and old infrastructure across the Eyre Peninsula. You will work on a variety of assets, including major pumping stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, and solar PV farms.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Maintenance and Capital Projects

Deliver maintenance and capital projects to a high-quality standard, ensuring all work is completed in line with legislative requirements and SA Water policies and standards.

Workplace Safety

Display a proactive approach to workplace safety and model excellent safety behaviours, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Strong Work Management and Planning Skills

Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, with strong work management and planning skills.

Participation in an On-Call Roster

Participate in an on-call roster, responding to breakdowns and undertaking fault finding and repair to return assets to service as soon as possible.

Work in Remote and Isolated Locations

Work in remote and isolated locations from time to time, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with a mechanical trade certificate and current license. You will have relevant experience working with electrical assets in a technical field maintenance environment, and be able to work with limited supervision in a team environment.
