Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Grid Engineer Project Manager to lead our high voltage transmission equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering work packages to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of primary equipment scope.
  • Coordinate between design, test, and manufacture functions to produce robust and reliable electrical designs.
  • Prepare offers and manage project delivery of primary and auxiliary electrical systems.
  • Oversee technical management of the transmission equipment offer/order processing team.
  • Plan, monitor, and control offer/order processing including technical conception, scheduling/resource planning, costing, calculation, quality control, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • University degree in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, or comparable with standard duration > 5 years.
  • Post-graduate professional experience as well as experience in project management.
  • Technically knowledgeable and experienced in high voltage transmission equipment and auxiliary systems.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office applications and PM tools.
  • Business fluent communication in English.
  • Intercultural experience ideal, willingness to go on business trips locally and internationally.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland RPEQ or Registered Professional Engineers of Victoria (RPEV) or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
