**Job Summary**

S & W Asset Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Execution Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. As an Execution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating washplant/CHPP activities, leading work crews, and navigating through SAP with ease.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage washplant/CHPP outage activities to ensure efficient execution
  • Lead and oversee work crews to ensure outage tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize SAP to track and manage outage-related processes and documentation

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience in CHPP and outage coordination, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work crews in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SAP for outage-related data management and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of zero harm

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter
