Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to create engaging online courses on the OpenLearning platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive online courses that align with learning objectives and target audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing interactive learning content, including videos, quizzes, assignments, discussions, and other learning activities.
  • Utilizing the full range of OpenLearning features and tools to maximize learner engagement and interaction.
  • Developing clear and concise learning outcomes, assessment criteria, and course outlines.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and developing online courses on the OpenLearning platform and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
