Gerontology Discipline Expertise Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gerontology professional to join our team as an Online Learning Adviser. As an Online Learning Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional student experiences through academic content developed by our partner academics and learning design team.

  • Deliver high-quality educational content that supports the learning needs of students
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning activities that promote student success
  • Assess and provide feedback on student work, ensuring timely and accurate results

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration is required
  • A minimum Master's qualification in Gerontology/Aged Care is necessary
  • At least 5 years of industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Australian education system or ability to acquire this quickly is essential
  • High level of spoken and written English is required
  • Motivation by student success and passion for online learning is crucial
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence are necessary
  • Proactivity and organisation are key to success
  • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment is vital
