Embracing the values of a vibrant and diverse workforce, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Resident Response Attendant.

This exciting role involves providing onsite response to residents on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be required to work 5pm - 9pm shift, sleep overnight, and then begin another shift from 6am - 8am mid-week shifts with a focus on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The primary responsibilities of this role include responding to pendant call outs, undertaking basic first aid, calling an ambulance when necessary, security checks, and assisting with other duties around the village.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • An understanding of legislation, regulations, and requirements affecting retirement villages
  • Motivation and the ability to take initiative

Key to your success in this role will be the ability to effectively analyse and solve system issues in a timely and proficient manner.
