Defence Force Relocation Specialist

Job Description

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting relocation initiatives by being the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families during their relocation across Australia.

We are seeking individuals who possess strong administration and communication skills, with the ability to interpret policy and legislation. A background in case management experience would be advantageous, particularly in global mobility, assignment management, insurance or travel.

Your responsibilities will include providing administration assistance to a team of case managers, delivering high-quality end-to-end relocation experiences to relocating ADF members and their families, and ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and Client Key Performance Indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Aptitude for administration and communication
  • Ability to interpret policy and legislation
  • Background in case management experience, especially in global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel
