Junior Doctor Opportunity

GEM@Home is seeking a dynamic and motivated junior doctor to make a difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality patient care as part of a collaborative team
  • Conducting phone calls and telehealth sessions with patients and other specialties
  • Liaising with inpatient teams, managing patient admissions, and completing discharge summaries efficiently
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Post-graduate Year 3 or above at the time of commencement
  • A valid Australian driver's license
