About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and supervise the clinical care of patients under the care of Enrolled Nurses within the unit.
  • Support your professional growth, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to achieving ward/unit performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA is essential.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in cardiothoracic, cardiology, or surgical specialties is required.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Cardiac or Critical Care are highly desirable but not necessary.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
  • You must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
